The Kovobel 5m MAX+ flat pack storage container is the largest-volume flat pack container in the Kovobel range — providing 4.84m of internal length, 2.22m of internal width and 2.22m of internal height in a single galvanised steel storage unit. Combining the 2.4m extra-wide body with the 2.4m high-top roof, it replaces the previous Kovobel high-top range and delivers both the extra floor area of the MAX and the extra headroom of the high-top in one upgraded model.

Maximum Volume in the Flat Pack Format

At nearly 5m long, 2.22m wide and 2.22m high, the 5m MAX+ comes closer than any other flat pack container to the internal volume of a 20ft shipping container — but arrives flat-packed, assembles in approximately 20 minutes, and is fully demountable for relocation. The combination of extra width and extra height enables full-height double-sided shelving, walk-in workshop configurations, and storage of very tall items that standard containers cannot accommodate.

Built to Kovobel's proven specification: 0.75mm hot-dipped galvanised steel panels with external reinforcing bars and the corner bracket system — structurally rigid, stackable and crane/forklift compatible when loaded.

Natural Ventilation — Condensation-Free

The natural ventilation roof system prevents condensation across the large internal volume, protecting stored goods without additional treatment.
